If you request any customization (names, wording, colors, sizing, design placement, etc.), it is your responsibility to ensure all details are accurate and correct before submitting your order.
Once an order is placed:

No cancellations are allowed

No refunds will be issued for errors provided by the customer

These variations are not considered defects and do not qualify for refunds or replacements.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

Clear photos of the item

Photos of the packaging

Your order number
Approved claims may qualify for a replacement only. Refunds will not be issued.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered
